Returns & Exchanges | Issues with Your Order
We understand that choosing personal items online can be challenging, and we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Simply use any mail carrier of your choice. If your purchase is outside of the 60-day window, we are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please note, refunds do not include shipping costs.
We are committed to making sure you’re 100% happy with your purchase, so if you’re not completely satisfied with an item, reach out to us via phone or email, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please be aware that Etsy orders can only be returned within 30 days of purchase.
If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us before returning it. We genuinely care about your experience, and we want the opportunity to resolve any issues. We love hearing from our customers, as it helps us improve!
Gift Cards: Please note, gift card purchases are non-refundable. However, we can offer store credit for future purchases instead.
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you hand the return package to your shipper. In most cases, the refund process is quicker. This time frame includes the shipping time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), processing time on our end (10-14 business days), and the time for your bank to process the refund (5-10 business days). We kindly ask that you pack your return carefully. If an item arrives damaged, we will only issue store credit.
Restringing & Repairs: We also offer restringing services for our artisan-made designs. While we may not always have the exact materials needed for restringing, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to help. Over time, malas will naturally need maintenance, and we are happy to assist with repairs. We only provide restringing services for malas purchased from DharmaMart. If your mala has been damaged or is showing signs of premature wear, please get in touch—we’re here to assist!
